170 days...Comparison photo/Benefits

    I am 170 days in and have not watched porn or masturbated. I have O’d 7 times during sex but not for over a month. Benefits i have recieved is thicker eyebrows and hair and just overall better hair. Also my face has gotten more masculine. My dopamine receptors are improving slowly day by day and I still have days where I feel like shit but it is a process. Also my stamina is a lot better when I play basketball. Here is a comparision photo from the beginning to now. The first photo is from the beginning of my journey and the last two are now. Hope this helps. Any questions just ask.

    Brother not only ur hairs but ur whole appearance has changed. Ur face really looks more masculine and more vibrant.

    Its been tough with a lot of urges and some have been really hard to get through. My success can be contributed to meditation which I have been doing for 3 years. Thanks for the kind words.
