Today I will not use porn because I want a better life

 

Today I will not use porn because it doesn't show me the truth, only a pretty lie that hides behind it not only my pain but the pain of all the people that "industry" has chewed up and spit out.

 

Today I will not use porn because I was an ignorant young boy but now I am taking my responsibilities like a man and my path is clear.

 

Today no pmo, because recent days i have had intense struggles with urges. I started to have doubting thoughts again about using pmo, it all felt so intense.
So no pmo today, because i want to win, and not let my urges win. Also because THIS is the time to be strong and build character. Let me be real and consistent.

Also, at these the illusion of pmo seems so exciting, but in the end i know there is no real fullfillment, happiness and love there. Its just the trap of short term gratification.

So i dont know how hard today will be, but i hope, strive and pray for a succesful day again.

 

Today I will not watch porn because I'll try to enjoy slow progress instead of rushing everything with strict rules, I will also not fantasize when I look at a girl.

Today, I will not use porn because, even though I love my wife, I have little urge to be intimate. I'm hoping this will help us improve our relationship. She has no idea about my PMO habits, and blames herself.

I had a close s.o. for about a year, but even with her in my life I never really reduced my PMO habit. This led me to unfortunately always feel insecure and inadequate in the relationship because I didn't understand relationships, just Porn. I always had a crippling paranoia that any partner was going to get bored of me because I wasn't a jacked, well-hung black dude. It doesn't matter that she was happy with me, because i knew from my extensive internet porn research what women REALLY needed to be happy and I wasn't it.

THIS ISN'T REAL LIFE, THIS IS SOME NEUROTIC B.S.

TODAY I will not use Porn so that the next time I'm in a position to share love, trust and support with another human being, it can be clear-headed and real. Not some confusing mix between infatuation, insecurity and personal conquest fantasy.
