  1. Sometimes I get intrusive sexual thoughts. Today, I got on to a bus, looked over at a young lady, and instantly I began thinking of licking her legs, and thighs. I fell into a near dispair looking at the back of her knee.

This is just an example from today. I usually don't have these thoughts when I PMO. I feel ashamed for lusting over this woman, and know I must have been blasting her with some terrible energy.

    While I haven't PMOed, I'm considering resetting.

  2. Fantasizing isn’t good for your reboot but I wouldn’t reset over it.

  3. It wasn't really fantasising, I had no real control over the imagery. It's like my brain started to flash images in front of me. I immediately tried to block the thought process, but it's as if my brain wants to play out scenarios in front of me. Perhaps I am being tested, because I had zero temptation for a few days, and this just blindsided me.

Does an alcoholic who dreams about himself drinking an entire bottle of Jack relapse only by thinking about it? No. When it comes down to it, it's your actions and your self-control that draw a line in the sand. You were tempted and it's hard to reign in your imagination sometimes, but as long as you don't follow through with PMO, you controlled yourself. Don't reset, see it as a victory!

  5. I understand. I’ve experienced similar situations but it’s not a relapse. Carry on, don’t reset.

  6. Your brain is trying to trick you. When it happens you have to force yourself to reject it. Move your body.

  7. That is still essentially fantasising, as I’ve had the same scenarios with not only my PMO addiction but other ones as well. You do have control to an extent, try to do something to occupy your mind away from sexual thoughts and images when something like this happens again. Though regardless if you didn’t do anything after that’s still a win though, so no I wouldn’t reset the counter if I was you, we all get sexual thoughts and whatnot from time to time.

Bro i don't know what's this intrusive thought is. But i think i have it. I keep thinking of random, irrelavant people in my head in times where they're not even there, and some of whom i've never even meet them for months. It occurs everyday since last year. Could you tell me more about this stuff? Also if there are ways to cure this problem, please do so. Thank you.
