I've (choosen to) relapse yesterday... today no pmo, because i won't quit until i have beaten this addiction. No matter how many relapses or what will come, i will always come back to nofap, i won't lose the goal of self mastery!

 

I will not use porn today because my dad today had a hypoglycemia attack and I want to take care of him. It is very hard for me to see him helpless. I am also fearlful that he might die today. This is one of the many sufferings in my life and porn would not help because it makes you weaker and weaker. This pleasure makes life more difficult. Porn makes our sufferings worse. If we indulge in porn, we are unable to bear the sufferings in life not because life is hard but because we are soft.
