Today I will not pmo because I will enjoy this day doing what i want.

 

Today i will not pmo because i need to grow myself instead of wasting me with pmo.

Today I did not use porn because I was too busy living my life: making friends and new memories–all things porn would have prevented me from doing. I can't wait to see where I am in a PMO-free month.

 

Today I will not use porn. because it makes me feel trapped, and not in control of myself. It also makes me sick to my stomach with guilt, and when I haven’t looked at porn for a while, I feel more confident and more comfortable around women, and impure thoughts don’t pop in to my head as much. I can view them as human beings, and not objects.

Today no pmo because by living the Nofap, no-lust lifestyle I will improve every aspect of my life, wheras pmo will only harm the quality of my life. I remind myself... why would i want that?? To be able to do Nofap succesfully I feel like I can and have to learn a lot about myself, this all helps in becoming my best self. Nofap is truly a gift (clarity, self control, healthier mind & body, working towards goals), I feel like it's important to really appreciate it, and not dwell on how difficult it can be at times (because the difficult times are good for building discipline and character).
