How long does it last?

    Hey comrades, I am still hanging in there and shooting for my first 90 days on nofap. But I am curious about a couple of things. Does anyone know around how long the flatline period is supposed to last? I feel a little uninterested in daily activities but at the same time I am slowly starting to notice my enjoyment for little joys of life are starting to return.

    Also does anybody know, if you keep going on nofap for a long time without breaking your streak, does this give you back the youthful joy and vigor we once had when we were very young and innocent?

    Nothing can fully bring back the vigor, joy and innocence of childhood.
    We now have all kinds of adult responsibilities and stresses.
    We usually have semi-rigid routines with not a whole lot of spare time.
    We understand the world so much better so it's not as exciting and mysterious anymore.
    We've seen the "bad side" of the world which is kept hidden from children.
    Our biology is even different, with the metabolism and hormones and so on.

    The flatline, or better, the withdrawal period, can last from 3 month up to more than a year.

    About the result, it's hard to say, some people say their life changed in 3 month, and now they date victoria secret models, some feel the same after one year.
    It's up to you to find out.
