I am already on Day 6 of my current streak, thought about joining a challenge.

onto day 5/7, having breakfast then taking the dog out into the forest, then library & gym. Have a good day brothers.

I come from the 14-day challenge after failing 3 times. I am choosing progress over ego
Day 1

 

What was going to be a busy day was derailed slightly unfortunately. It threw me off and I ended up spending too much time in bed and M'ing. Not to porn but to my thoughts. It was a mistake. I'm going to repeat the three day challenge and then come back here again for the seven day challenge. I will be back here on Sunday to begin this challenge again

Day 5 was hard and i think day 6 was too.

Started to touch myself during a shower but was able to realize it and stop. Not counting as edging cause I didn't get close to O.
It's crazy to see how intense the urges come. Specially in the morning, after waking up, while still a little dizzy.

Day 2 for me today of this 7 day challenge. My main motivation is to kick this awful porn induced erectile dysfunction I’m beset with. Man it’s bad!
