I would classify it as P-sub - substitute for pornography. In my opinion P = image, even though the usual video is sound as well. I used to do a lot of p-sub during the times of trying to stay away from regular P and only recently came to the conclusion that it is equally a destructive habit. The only positive I can find in using p-sub is that you take one step back from the filthy and abusive industry of porn. No other upside. As for you, not even that. Best of wishes to you mate!
Audio could definitely be porn. I remember (last time) relapsing to hypnotic recordings, with sensual sexy voices. And i never saw the girl. It was all voice recording only. Not only that he recording gave me high, i also found myself get dopamine rush for seeking hers and other womens recordings, Man,.. this is serious shit. stay away from all porn-subs.
If it was enough of a rush to get you going then it is pretty much as bad and is indeed a full-blown relapse. Think about this - you just fapped to the sound of people having sex. This is how addicted you are. Remind yourself that - it's just an addiction, nothing more.
Hey mate, i hope you are doing good. If you want to be serious and have a better life later, you have to quit everything. No porn, no social media, no subsitutes for porn, nothing. I even banished the book about tantra and kamasutra while i am in my first 90 days, even though i REALLY want to learn both of it for the next time i am with a girl. But even those pictures show a beautiful naked woman getting a massage, and i don't want to look at that right now. Its not porn, but its a substitute. NOpe. Check in here everytime you have an urge, or take a cold shower. You have to give your brain something to do, so you don't drift away with your thoughts while you are on recovery. And to me, i am doing MO every 2-3 weeks, but i know i will never watch porn, ever again. Its always done with light and slow strokes and sometimes with a condom on, because i know thats how its going to be when i am with a girl the next time. If i dont do that, all my thoughts revolve around fucking at that point in time. And that is counterproductive for me in my every day life. But it has gotten SO much better by now, it really feels amazing to not have porn in my life anymore.

I recommend you stop P + M + O until your brain "reboots to factory settings". Otherwise, your reboot will take much longer and the likelihood of relapses will increase. If you want to masturbate/orgasm after you have completed the challenge, that's your call.
Why would it take longer? Because giving to urges makes it easier to give again in near future? Is it the same like anger - if you let anger to take control of you it will be harder to stop it next time when you start getting angry? I think it makes sense. By the way I haven't fapped since the beggining of the post and I comparing it to 3 weeks ago when I was fapping without porn I can argue that it is much easier to control my thoughts when urges come.* *this idea to fap came in September when I couldn't control the urges at all and I was relapsing every second day. I gave up nofap then and continued with porn .But, I started again in Novmber and I had a really long streak. If now I am in a position not to relapse then it makes sense to give up MO too.
It's an EROTICA addiction, not just a PORN addiction. Porn just combines multiple mediums of erotica. Erotica includes images, sounds, videos, text... anything that gets you aroused. Of course sound is like porn.
