Nofap Report - Not good

    I'm 34. I recently did 3 months of nofap. There was blood in my semen after I went back to regular orgasms. I'm not saying nofap caused it just thought I should mention what happened so others might relate.

    I think there is no correlation between blood in your semen and rebooting, since it's completely safe to avoid ejaculation for years ,I recommend you to see a specialist ,just to make sure that everything is okay
