Yesterday should have being my day4/7 .Am grateful that i did not go to the extend of masturbation,i only watched a 13 sec video.Nonetheless I relapsed, i count today as my. Day 1/7 .No porn .No Masturbation and No Orgasm For this seven days.May God be with me.
Day 6/7. No relapses since I joined the site. I look forward to starting the 14 day challenge tomorrow!
Finally I relapsed again on the 5th day. Since a few months I havn´t been able to reach 7 days and haven´t logged in. Maybe this was the mistake :-/
You can do it. Just make sure you keep checking in here - it's only a few minutes a day. And use the panic button, if necessary.
Feel like an idiot because i relapsed today and did PMO.I am back to day 0.I will still dp this challange untill i succeed because for the last 4 days i felt human again.i want to feel that way and better for all my life.
Day 2 of the seven day challenge over now. I forgot to post yesterday. I almost fapped yesterday and retreated at the brink of moment. Phew. I thought i could control the urges but they are tough but i am tougher!!
