No Nofap March (Do not look at this post if you are not going to enter the challenge)

I'm new and I'm in.

 

I wasn't thinking about rebooting but now I am. I'mDoing 30 days.

 

I've never entered into one of these, but I'm in. I'm doing these for my own reasons, but a challenge is always going to help. I will keep my spreadsheet clean for the whole of March (and forever after).

It is a shame to see several fall by the wayside already: @8. Anyway, I am not 'in' because I have found specific goals have led to a setback in the past. For example, I might aim for a particular month and then do it again right afterward or soon afterward. I regard this as a change of lifestyle which has no finite constraints.

P.S. If you regard this as an excuse, I hope you think it is a good one!
