    I made it through the january challenge, but in february, I relapsed once. This time I'll make it!
    I don't go for hard mode intentionally, but it's likely that my wife will not want any sex this month, somhard mode could occur.

    I have a question here. Some people who have replied to this thread have a goal. I mean i can see at the bottom of their reply that there is a goal meter and a message like '6 hours since no PMO'. There is also a goal meter which shows the percentage achievement. How can i get this?
    How can i get a goal. I don't want to masturbate this month at all. I would love if i get a goal meter to keep a track on this.
