    Hello everyone,
    I am new here, and reading all the experience shared by you guys.
    With Shame, I m telling that I am badly addicted to this sin from last 6-7 years and now it has become worst.
    Most of the days I do it around twice.
    Guys please save me..I have lost all my confidence.all my happiness..

    Want to get rid of this badly.
