When i wake up i drink 2 cups of water instead of coffee 2. Fasting 16 hours a day 3. Exercise 4. Cold showers 5. Meditation with mantras and subliminals 45-60 minutes a day (if you dont know what are subliminals and mantras i highly recommend you to check it out) they will same as nofap help you achieve whatever you want in life 6. Learning 15 minutes a day, it doesnt have to be a book, learning about law of attraction, human nature, conspiracy theories, mysteries in the world, learning about anyting 7. Positive affirmations 5 minutes every morning and evening You dont need to do same habits as me but just implement positive habits every day 2. This is one of most helpful videos i watched The key is being busy and focusing your attention on something else 3. I updated polls so you can be more correct Being busy and focusing attention on something else is best way to go through nofap, if you took nofap seriously you will do that, if you didnt you will rather just sit and do nothing and start obsessing about women especially if you eating sugar and meat of course urges and cravings will hit you hard, you will find exsuses like "im lonely, im this, im that" and you will relapse, I wish there was gentler way to say this but there isnt, its your fault if you relapse

I didnt pay attention to that, all ive noticed is that i lost energy for a few days and everything that nofap can give, i felt so unmotivated, quitting porn addiction is not enough for superpowers, you need to do semen retention Fasting is amazing, you can still add weight or lose weight when youre fasting and its all about how many calories you take in time of eating, in past i exercised for 1 year and ate a lot becouse i was skinny, i stopped enjoying that and i felt like i am torturing my stomach, now i am good with weight and thats not my goal anymore and i only exercise
Its not about days, its about where am i in recovery from addiction, i am on day 19 becouse my mind was tricking me like "there is nothing wrong if you M once in 2 weeks, or once in month" ive learned my mind tricks and this time i am not listening to it and im going fully 90 days Ask anyone who is on day 90+ and they will tell you this is 110% correct, ive been learning these informations from people who accomplished nofap not 90 days but for years and collected most important informations in 1 post

I am a new user here and once of the first things I wanted to share was that overeating and eating certain foods (meat and junk foods like chocolate in my personal experience) significantly increase urges. If anyone here is interested in the link between food and lust further – there is a book about this by a philosopher Abu Hamid Al Ghazali called “Breaking the two desires”. Ghazali argued the brain is split into different areas – the part that deals with appetite (both lust and food) is called the lower brain (or the lower self) and that part that makes the decisions and deals with reason is the upper brain. The lower brain needs to be subjugated (or fought) by the upper brain. It is quite hard to understand but I think everyone will get the broad concept by reading the book. I hope that helps someone.
Most on nofap wont do anyting about food which creates strong urges (even if they know that food will create strong urges) they with their choice creating strong urges for themselves and then they complain they have strong urges, thats same like men puts his hand in the fire, he knows he will get burnt and then he complains he got burnt
Thanks for the great post brother. Personally, I always was a sugar addict; especially in those moment when I feel low and tired I would eat something sweet to get a momentary fuel. So the first step I'm gonna take is to reduce sugar intake starting from today. And it's better to focus on implementing only one habit at a time, as it takes (scientists say) 21 days of doing a certain action for it to become a habit (the time it takes for Neurone connections to be created in the brain).
I personally implemented habits faster, i know it takes willpower to implement more habits at once but we on nofap have enough willpower to do that
