I've recently rejoined noFap and I was wondering how long does a "Reboot" take? I know that the process is never complete and that it is on going but I hoping it gets to a point when you think of porn and you're disgusted and don't want it. How long does it take to get to that point? Do you ever get to that point?

To do this i think you need to strive to evolve as a person. Just resisting your urges for a little while may not be enough. Ive gotten to the point where i dont want it anymore but i dont think its disgusting...well some of it can be horrifically disgusting, let me be honest hahaha.
It will take time though, how fast depends on the individual. It could take years, or maybe just a month. Good luck to to ya

Took me about a month though. I went through hell and eventually relapsed but i learned and grew so much that immediately knew that was the last time i ever watch porn again

Thanks man that helps, I guess just making small goals in the mean time is the best thing to start off. I just want to make a goal to reach the reboot stage so 30 days right now is good then I'll make another for 90. Forever without PMO is the real goal.

I notice results after a week or so too, but is seeing result mean that you have completely rebooted?

Rebooting can be a very long term process. If you suffer from sexual dysfunctions such as Porn Induced ED/DE/PE you must expect somewhere between 3 months to a year (or more?) to be fully rebooted.

I for example am still suffering from these 3 months into my reboot :)

It is not about the amount of days, rather how much your life has improved since not PMO. So many years, until you become the person you always wanted to be and have the life you always wanted.

I'm thinking its going to be two full years for my reboot to be completed; I will continue to accrue benefits along the way.
