    Hello,

    I love surfing, football, computing.
    I have been using noFap application for one year.
    My goal is to beat my record of 3 months without going on porn website while still allowed to fap.
    I am convinced porno is really bad for self-development and mental health but it is hard for me to stop.
    I tend to go on porn from one time a week to one time a month. So maybe not a lot but I would like to just stop completely and I hope to find people here to be more inspired and achieve that goal.

    I would be glad to share my difficulties as well as listening to others,

    Welcome to the forum! You can definitely do that, just keep coming on here instead and use the counter. It's my second day and I am trying to switch the habit to coming on here instead of those nasty sites and have high hopes. Lets do it together, Peace be with you!
