Well, if you want to do this you're going to need a plan and you're going to need to get serious about acting on that plan. Honestly, for a guy who claims to be so pissed about a relapse you don't seem all that motivated to actually do something to stop it from happening again. There's plenty of people in here that are willing to help you. But not if you won't try to help yourself.

8 days is a good level, and you should feel positive for getting there. I think having realistic goals will work better for someone who's prone to relapsing. Try to go for a week and a half next and gradually increase it. Setting out to flat-out quit when you've obviously got a very high sex drive, means you're probably doomed to fail. Good job on 8 days, that takes commitment.

It's a learning process, mate. It'll take time. Your brain has to unlearn certain stuff and put new stuff in place. If you've already managed to get away from pretty pictures to fap with, you've come a long way. You've got stuff to build on. Think about it as training like an athlete, do you think Usain Bolt runs faster every day? Nah, no way. He's got shit days just like you and me. It's not about how often you fall down. It's about how often you get up.
