Day 233/365. I still feel tempted every now and again, but much less so. I know if I give in I'll never stop repeating the cycle, so I'm holding strong. Feeing good.

Checking in on another day. Yesterday i missed. I was so tired that after reading to my daughter i fell right asleep. Im pretty sure i have sleep apnea. My father and brother both do and im always kind of tired/ sleepy. One day at a time.
The 2nd Woken up in good spirits at 5:20 am. I haven't woken up at this time in a very long time.
