5/7 in about an hour. My libidos been basically completely dead these past 5 days, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as its helped me gain momentum on this run. It's just a bit scary knowing I might any day become "normal horny" lol.
Day 0 of 7. Hoping if I can do this challenge, it will be a confidence booster. I think going right in to do 90 Days right off the bat was too much for me to handle at this point.
The only thing that limits us, is our own thoughts. There is no faster way to smash your false beliefs, than by questioning their validity! Hit 7 days and go from there, you can do 90 days as well! Keep the positive mindset!
