Day 4. So far, getting to day 2 was the hardest. Are the days immediately after a binge the hardest?

 

managed 3 days before a reset. Heavy urges all day, were impacting my performance at work. Disappointed, but determined to use that disappointment as fuel!

Starting this again.

I had a terrible dream last night which shows me I really need to clean my mind.

 

Day 1. Been trying to quit for 3.5 years. Had a heavy binge. This past week. Embarrassingly heavy binge. Decided to finally join the forums. So here goes a new streak.

Yep. Apparently called the chaser effect. First days can be hell both because of urges, and because you haven't quite "started" nofap mentally. Good luck bro.
