How many tries before you achieved a +30 day streak?

My first time I did 15 days. Then I did 66 days and I've been struggling to get anywhere near 30 days ever since.

 

Around 10 years probably and only god knows how many tries before reaching first 30 days streak. It was 84 days actually but not thanks to my self-discipline but because of deep depression I have fallen in after the death of my grandparent. Still kept on relapsing for the next 7 years though.

 

It was probably 15 years of watching porn before I thought maybe I should stop PMO. Once I set the goal to go 66 days, I went 15 days. I relapased for about a week and I got back into it. I hit my goal and relapsed that day. It could not have been more than 10 tries. I hope this doesn't come off as bragging. Since then, I haven't hit 30 days and I've probably racked up more than 500 tries.

 

I don’t remember the exact amount of relapses (maybe 20?) before I reached 30 days. I startes trying to wean myself of PMO since Mid-December and my first succesful 30-day streak started on July 14th. That is somwhere around 248 days in total.

 

It used to be easy , l got to 90+ days on two separate occasions in my 5 years of addiction , couple of years back it was easy , because I wasn't hardwired to such an extent , But I can't remember Going 30 plus days in the last 1.5-2 years . I did got 3-4 weeks clean last summer , but since then , I barely reach a week of no PMO.

 

I'm on my first try through NoFap, though previously I tried by myself but couldn't get past more than 3 weeks. So in total - about 3700 days of trying.
