Sexual dreams and their effects

    I occasionally have dreams of watching porn, like many others who start rebooting. Sometimes I become aware of the dream and manage to steer away from that stuff, but other times I am a passive spectator of this content in the dream. They often don't even end up in a wet dream, so it's like my brain keeping the old ways alive.

    I'm curious if this slows down ricovery in a significant way, of if this is simply a normal symptom to ignore

    Sexual Dreams are normal and very common, and I believe it is a way for the body to get rid of the old semen and produce fresh semen. Dreams of watching porn is I believe the body's way to get you back to that dopamine rush and to steer you back to relapse. BEST OF LUCK IN YOUR JOURNEY.

    The answer is: Nobody knows. Since it's very difficult to influence your dreams anyways, I'd say just roll with it. The dreams happen, it's very common. Just try to not get caught up in them and continue your reboot.
