    I am addicting to watching porn and masturbating. I do it constantly over and over again, daily, multiple times a day. Each time I bust, I tell myself this is the last time but I end up doing it. Fuck this shit. I'm so glad I found this website. If other people want to stop, so do I. It motivates me that others are trying to stop as well. Let us join hands together and put an end to this madness and live way more productive lives!

    Trying my best. I know NoFap works miracles.
    Because the ideal human state is to use the sexual energy to produce babies or produce great things to better world, not to let it go to waste.
    I am trying my best to better my world and then the world around me.

    I cannot and will not masturbate anymore.

    My life is great and there are so many positive things happening around me, which have been made available to me, so I must make my life positive as well.
