    After a successful week of porn and fap free i am heading into day 8.

    My mind is playing games in full swing.. really calling out for that hit it so eagerly craves.. the triggers are coming from places i have not even previously noticed.

    I am jonesing for a fap so bad right now. But i know i have a bigger picture in mind! A goal of living a porn and fap free life.


    Just need to get past these mind games..

    Yeah they've been on full attack mode today.. just the sight of something slightly relating to a woman's skin. Or cleavage or short shorts or dresses..

    Will stand strong and brace for impact..

    yeah these are natural, you'll feel horrible some days and you'll feel like you can do anything on some days.
    Just don't PMO as I've read it gets horrible once you do. Once you reach flatline it's gonna be easy.

    What exactly does flatline refer to? Just in the most simple of terms?

    Sorry, I've been busy....well flatline means a period in which you have little or no sexual desire at all....it usually starts after a month or two of NoFap for most people and it's good sign that your on the right track....it's kinda like your brain is installing the right things.
