Hello guys, I have a question about cold showers do you guys wear your towel or go straight in your underwear i heard that when you go straight in your underwear you create yeast, so what should i do wear a towel?
You should wear a towel and your underwear. During the shower you should also use a very long back brush, preferably in the pink color while gently squeezing a rubber duck with your left hand.

Wear underpants and gloves also to not freeze your arms so you could move your legs that should be covered with nice tight socks and don't forget some diaper type of stuff better than underpants. Maybe even try some like... Gym pants or something. On top you should better wear some jumpers or just T shirt or shirts, you know, couple of them to not freeze to much. Whenever I'm going into cold showers I sometimes even wear hat, but it sort of soaks with cold water and it can cause forehead cancer, so no no. Now I've checked out new snowboarding helmet with some glasses. Maybe even scarf to not get sick. Umm, it should really be it to be honest.
I prefer hot shower though. It is just "step out of comfort zone", and there are many things you can do to achieve this thing
