My fap cycle

    Hello there,
    I have been in nofap for 1 year now,I can see I am improving in terms of life and recovery.
    My problem is now I always fail at the range from day 7 to day 11
    Every cycle and I can't reach day 30 or those high numbers,I always fail at these days.
    I am looking for help,and I want to ask the question
    Am I improving?

    Hi buddy,yes you are in progress even if you fail sometimes.Year ago i was in same situation i just relapsed everytime before day 30,circle around 25-30 days,once i have pass that number and go long.See what trigger you and try to avoid that at all cost,when you are about to fail remember why you started.

    It's so different for everyone. As long as you are determined to improve and stay focused and optimistic you will do better. Keep it up and don't get down on yourself!
