So I've been trying to stop porn for years now, with varying degrees of success. This forum helps me a lot this time around: everytime I feel an urge, I go here, spend a minute making a post or reading some posts, and then I find the urge is gone. However, I'm also aware that this should not stay a habit in itself and I should replace it slowly with another behaviour that I could stay doing for the rest of my life. What kind of redirection strategies do you all have?
