Stopping myself from binging

    First of all some information about my journey. I am trying go quit this shit for about 4.5 years now. I have a girlfriend for 4 years so i am goin no PM and i do not regret it because sex makes me feel amazing while pmo makes me feel like trash. My biggest and latest streak is 37 days until the morning of Wednesday where i had exams and i slept so little that i relpased. In general in the time i had this streak i was in general much better than before but not the greatest time of my life like some people claim here. Still i want it back. Now since Wednesday morning I relapse again at night and now again (Thursday night) for a third night and i am feeling a binge coming right at me. This is not new my nofap journey has periods with NoFap and periods of a lot pmo. My worst time was 8 months of not foing more than 4 days without fapping!! So I am making this post to keep my progress and feel like i have someone keeping in check and not feeling so alone in ghis journey. Feel free to review my ways and help me improve!!

    Hey Bro, very similar story to mine. Can relate with most of what you said. I think when you have the break it leads you to believe you are cured and that a little porn use can not hurt. This may just be the lie you tell yourself or you may simply be missing the pleasure you derive from PMO. Either way what I do know is that it is never worth reverting back to watching porn because the cost are not worth it. And my purpose for joining NoFap is to hopefully remember why I wish to stop my porn use and have persons to share myself with along this endeavour.

    You have to nip the urge in the butt, it is too easy to get sucked into the binge when you get started. Stay strong Bro, focus on what you want long term, not the short lived pleasure PMO.

    So 6 days going strong but today there are a LOT of urges. I ll clean my house and then be absent from home the other days this seems to work for me. Also i started going to the gym again which is good!

    Engaging a good healthy activities is always a plus. Good move with the gym, I am back in the gym also for about two weeks also. It is time to get some discipline back in my life.

    Well, sadly after 8 days i relapse again. Maybe it is because i engaged in sexual activity with my girlfiend but the worst part is that i did not feel bad after. And it is partly because i forget the feeling that made me start. I do not know when the time passes and i feel i am good it is easy to go back believing it is not big deal. Anyway starting new with setting small goals. My first goal is to not PMO until the end of the weekend. Love and support to all

    Hey thanks for the reply i hope your journey is worth it. I have noticed that the most disciplined people wake up early and have a lot of time in their day. If you want to make easier go to the gym wake up early and you ll find out that these early hours are very good for gym.

    You are certainly right, but i have never been a morning guy. I get up about 5.30 - 6.00 AM and get ready for work. Getting me up any earlier would require a miracle. All the best bud!

    Well it seems that the first battle was lost since i fapped at sunday 10:28 and the trigger was a very favorable video game of mine. The goal for now stays the same since we could not make it so My second goal is to not masturbate the next two days. What i will change this time is that i will leave me with only two hours per day to my home, minimizing the time i am at home i will minimize the chance of relapsing. Also i want to post a quote at my wall to remind me not to screw hard any suggestions?

    Proud to say I made The next three days i have hard exmas each day so i need to stay focused. I ll be waking up early and be a little undersleeped which caused me my first relapse ( 37 days ruined :( ) so the moment i wake up i pack my staff and leave to the library! For the quote i think i will change it and draw a stair with little man climbing and i ll draw him getting up one step every day i stay clean.

    Currently I am in the same situation it's so hard not to relapse but dang it I still do cause now it has again become my go to solution to all problems which is delusion as it's like I temporarily make a fool of myself that everything will be alright I just need to watch some hot vids then I automatically relapse. I wish i had someone to support me

    Hello my friend i i wish you best of luck at your journey. I hear your problems and they are very real and hard. What is your strategy for overcoming them? Share it here in the forum and i am sure a lot of people will support you and advise you. I think if the hot videos is your problem is stop atching seiries and movies with nudity for a while and also spend for the first days most of your time outside. Try to substitute your dead time with a new hobby so you dont have enough time to even think about pmo. I believe that if you are not already stronger than thid addiction one of these days you will be :)

    The key to success is not bingeing and falling back into a lifestyle of PMO.

    Most of us relapse but the successful NoFappers get straight back on the journey

    have you tried creating systems/ changing environment to reduce using will power to resist?
    Will power is a very scares resource. I change my environment/room/lifestyle as much as possible to reduce the urge to PMO. So that I only have to use will power only a couple of times per day to resist.
