3. I realized one of the great benefits of being on 30+ days on a streak. So many things that bothered me before, I don't give a fuck about them now. Also, urges are more easy to control, and they are less frequent. I also didn't have sex dreams for a few days in a row, 2 or 3 days.

Took a well needed rest to get ahead of a cold and general burnout.

 

Yesterday:

• Made a 13 day streak (but relapsed). I now remember what it feels like to be almost free.
• Stood in a freezing cold shower for 5 1/2 minutes to test my discipline - succeeded
• Stuck to my goals for the rest of the day
