I’m worried about my penis.

Hi everyone. I’m not new to NoFap but till now I’ve only failed.
I’m back to give my life a new direction once and for all. I have quitted videogames and I’m selling my gaming pc. I will only play if someone asks me to and in person.
I’m restricting myself to two songs a day and only after I’ve accomplished something.
I won’t use my phone and laptop unless necessary.
Next week I’ll start hitting the gym and a healthy diet.
It’s hard with severe depression but I’m tired of the way that things have been. I won’t give up.
One thing worries me though. I’m 8 days into NoFap and my penis has shrunk and is cold. I have no libido whatsoever and I feel like there’s no blood rushing down there. I’ve had no erections, only a couple of very weak morning woods when laying on my belly. If it helps the last days I’ve been masturbating compulsively, at the point that I would masturbate in the flaccid state. My masturbation tecnique got more and more aggresive with time. There’s also a bruise running underneath my shaft from a year or two, I can’t tell with precision. I’m 21 and I masturbate regularly to porn since 14. I’m afraid I broke my penis and it will stay like this forever and never be healthy again.
    Sorry for the lengthy post.

It can take weeks and months to see a libido poke its head up again

Or rather wood to erect with vibrant vigor.

You certainly want to keep going that is one thing I can say for sure.

As for a bruise being there for that long, maybe see a urologist about it?

Or play your own doctor with WebMD?

I mean you should ask a doctor if it is a real concern to you. Sounds like it is intense to have not gone away in a year or two

    Hold on here...

What is the longest you have gone without sexually abusin yourself since you got that bruise thing?

Apparently it’s the flatline. I’ll go through this and let myself heal.

It would advise going hard mode for a bit first. Most persons say at least 90 days. However I would note i am not a fan of hard mode for really long periods, I have a suspicion this causes some negative effects.

I would also advise that you stop with masturbation also, From my own personal experience masturbation can lead you back to porn. You also seem to be quite rough with yourself, this is not good. What I suggest after you take a break is actual sex with a partner. Rough masturbation can have a negative impact on your ability to enjoy real sex. Essentially your gets desensitized and then a vagina dose not feel as good.

Long story short, stop porn and masturbation, and when you have healed up and you feel your natural urges and attraction to women return, find yourself a partner and have real sex.

My thoughts as well. Not planning on masturbating at all, I’m sick. I’ll have sex when I know I’m physically healed, at the cost of rejecting sexual interactions.

    Keep going with NoFap

    It is flatline

Your penis will be fine in time

Please DO NOT be tempted to 'test that it still works'

    Stay vigilant

    Oh yes... the “test”

it is the word our sneaky addiction uses for a relapse. Oh I’ve “tested” mine many a time... sigh.

What these guys said about testing, I 100% endorse. Just an excuse to PMO. Learn what your triggers are and the things you do which lead you back to PMO. Keep these things in mind so you can avoid relapse.
