    hey guys i'm mahdi a software developer i have a problem i can't stop PMO because my all work is in my laptop and i can't stay out on my laptop when i publishing an app or when i have work so i just want to share my story to you if you can help me i will appreciate you. thanks

    Hey man I know it can be hard. Try to do other things than work on your laptop. I know going outside is a risk now with the Corona virus, but you can do at home exercises and learn new skill such as cooking (My favorite), innovate, or start a new project. Good luck in your journey!

    I would recommend you to stay in touch with members and read their success stories. You may also learn tricks to avoid the short-term pleasure and to face the temptations.

    Be AWARE of your habits and control what you see and what/who you spend your time with.

    It's also important to limit the usage of social media. In addition, never be free! Use your free time as much as possible and do sports, exercise, attend classes, etc.
