Checking in guys I can't say it's getting easier but I found out that I get my mind to stay focused when I do some things that intrest me like doing some diy I watch on Youtube, listening to musics ,playing games and when the urge comes up I just go mix up with my friends and family. I really dread night time because it becomes a big struggle to overcome the urge. I know I might struggle with overcoming this addiction for a long time but I'm prepared to do what ever it takes to break free from it. It's my 6th day of the rebooting process with no P and no MO... It's still BestofPrime here and going Hard mode. Thanks
