Not exactly sure. Did some manual work throughout the day, took a nice hot bath right before bedtime, then went to bed right away. I went to bed without any clothes on, so that is probably a major part of it. Going to bed like that feels more comfortable, especially now that the weather is warming up, but I guess it's not a good idea?

Oh was it a "while sleeping" thing? As for whether it's a good idea or not - I'm not sure - depends how it makes you feel/behave. I tend to avoid going to bed that way because it's easier to wash pants than sheets haha, but also because I do tend to think more sexually in that state. Depends how it affects you though.
