I have a question. Has a relapse ever occured "by itself"? Sounds wierd. Let me explain: I came across content on social media. Was downright flashed by it. Felt completely sensitive and it got triggered. The whole situation left me with a headache and the usual relapse feeling. Therefore, set me back to 0. If it weren't for that I would keep going. I'll delete social media apps again and would advise you to do the same. Use a messenger instead. Good thing is that I've been improving a lot since previous relapses! Take care guys
yes, instagram is said to be a major influence in triggering people. i never have an instagram account but it seems it´s a major trigger for many brothers. as for social media in general it´s important to minimize the time spent with it, about 30 minutes max. this is because social media triggers the same dopamine rushs that our addicted brain is hooked on. so it´s important to keep the usage time to a minimum.
One more day down the river, almost in the banks Let´s welcome the member of the Fellowship: @Muhammad2s Have a great weekend my brothers!!!! Stay focus, stay in the path!!!! "They were once noble men but they were all of them deceived"
You've given me great memories of the early chapters with your other post. Might have to take up Fellowship again earlier than I planned! Would be great to follow along with this challenge. I'd be hitting Hobbit at just the right time. Day 13 today. Did some gardening out the front of the house. Samwise Gamgee would be proud!
