What books have led to the most self improvement for you? Can be any type of improvement that makes you happy.
The Pilgrim's Progress. It's a story about a guy named Christian and all the hardships he faces as a believer in Christ.
The best books I have ever read and I shall be going through them again apart from religious books are 1. The forty rules of love(This book will soothen your soul, specially when you are going through hardships of life, it is indeed a great book) 2. The subtle art of not giving a F*ck. 3. The 7 habits of highly effective People. 4. Rich dad poor dad. 5. The Alchemist 6. Path to personal power. 7. Think and grow rich (I reading this book now a days, there is a whole chapter on sexual transmutation. Sexual energy is the main power of a man if you could chanalize it to get your goals). Thank you! Blessings Abdul
Man's search for meaning Vicktor Frankle It's about a physchiatrist who survived aushwitz. Cannot recommend enough
I read mostly random books "Drama, Fiction, Action, Romance" but ussual novels. Each of them contain certain aspect that might change your life and get stuck in your head.
Books I've read for NoFap: 1. No More Mr. Nice Guy! 2. The Way of Superior Man 3. Sex Addiction 101 4. Your Brain of Porn
The most important book i've come across on this site was "The Rational Male" if only this book was mandatory reading for boys age... 11-13 or so. Life changing stuff. If this had been around in my formative years I would've been a different person a lot sooner. "Rich Dar, Poor Dad" is the financial version of the rational male. "Girlvert a porno memoir" I'm sure many of you here will recognize the author. "My Life" by burt reynolds. I dont know why... but i just really enjoyed this one.
There are a lot of different ways I could go with this, so I be more general and give a few that you might not know. "The Unabridged Collected Works of Michael Molinos & Francois Fenelon" (ed) Glenn Kahley I did not appreciate how profound this work is when I first read it ten years ago, but it is amazing! "Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts" by Sally Winston & Martin Seif An easy read that explains intrusive thoughts and how to deal with them. "The Shiva Samhita" (tr) James Mallinson The book that set me on the nofap path. "Against His-Story, Against Leviathan!" by Fredy Perlman Made me rethink my place in history and what a good life might look like. "The Book of the Law" (ed) Aleister Crowley
12 rules for life - Jordan Peterson You can like or love his politics, but he helped save my life, fix my relationship with my parents, learn to be honest with myself, and so much more. It's the book I most recommend to guys struggling with life.
