Ask yourself what made you relapse and learn from your mistakes brother, write your mistakes on a piece of paper and remember stop after one relapse do not continue assuming it as a day 0, it's not at your body level, your struggle didn't gone waste.

Stay aware at every step you take.

Have a great weekend buddy, you need to beat that heat! Guard up, no excuses and meditate. :)

Hug and did you ask yourself what made you relapse that day? Work on that, you'll surely succeed. :) <3 (: Never ever let your guard down!
