First week completed

    Hello everyone, I'm glad to say that I have completed my first week of no PMO with success. It was easier than I initially though, also because this time I really was tired of being a slave and I started with great motivation.

    I know from now on I'mm have difficult times ahead but I'll try my best and I Will update my situation in the forum.

    Effects that I noticed during this first week:

    I really feel with more energy, I think due to the fact that I'm not wasting energy on M like before.
    I feel more brave to talk with girls, at least by chat from now.
    I feel better, generally, because I know I'm starting to control my life again.

    Can you give me some advice to continue from now? I'm also looking for a WhatsApp group to share my experience with other people, it would be of great help, does anyone know if there's some group of nofap?

    Congrats on getting through your first week. Remember to keep your mindset of continuing Nofap and try to take one day at a time. Don't be unrealistic and say you will go a whole year with Nofap with no relapses. That is most likely not true and unfortunately you will probably relapse multiple times. Remember to get back up and keep going after a relapse and don't dwell on it. Good luck on your journey.
