Back to day 0 again. It was the lowest point yesterday after I gave in to the urges, but I am better than that, I know it. I will look forward undeterred and win this challenge this time.
day 1 back to basics, hopefully not going back to day 1 too many times, since im learning alot about myself and urges. Im practising meditation mindfullness that will help with recognising urges and reframing them.
