Alright, here we go. I just relapsed this morning and it's early into July. It's the perfect time to start. 0/7
So I relapsed again last night. During the time I usually PMO I try to occupy myself with something else. Now days I am on YouTube watching nofap and semen retention videos. But I came across one video where he was saying when on semen retention you need to be doing either yoga or qigong or lifting weights as well to cycle the energy either wise you will just feel pent up and frustrated. As we are in lockdown and everything is closed as well as fear still over this virus everything is closed so none of this is available to do. I used this as an excuse to relapse.
Keep going mate. Go do some exercise, get out and about, speak to people keep busy. I just went out to the park and did some jogging/sprints. First bit of exercise I've done since mid March.
