Greetings! 59 Year old Newbie

    Greetings All;
    I am writing this to take the next steps to explore Nofab.

    As of this writing, today will be day 2 of attempting NoFab.

    I am a married man of 33 years, and I am right now confessing that I have a porn addiction. I learned about NoFab via a video on Semen Retention. I was intrigued by the claim that this would help me with my frequent feels that my mind is in a fog. Its a feeling that I can not think clearly.

    In full disclosure, I am a type 2 diabetic, and eating the wrong food can be the cause of the "Foggy-Mind". Also, I am recovering from trigeminal neuralgia. Which also can cause the "Foggy-Mind". I expect that we will not be discussing these contributing factors, I just wanted to give some background on why I am curious about the benefits of Semen Retention.

    It would be great if someone could point me to information on Semen Retention while married.

    Hey welcome to the forum! I dont personally have much info on semen retention, but i have heard some of the benefits. I would search the forums a bit and maybe check out some more you tube videos. I am a married man as well and i have been through multiple confessions with my wife. So i can understand the struggle. I hope you find some tools here in the forum, good luck and dont give up!
