Day 4/7 done. While the first three days went without much difficulty thanks to the immense will power on Day 0, however today I faced my first big test. I was bored and that resulted in the thoughts, but I could gradually divert them. I am certain that my meditation for the past one month has a hand to play in this. Feeling happy to have triumphed today.
Start again. I had one little thought and the flood gates opened and I rushed for the PMO like a mad man. There is one thing that has been consistent throughout every stage of my life. Both bad and good times. PMO. I need to get more control over it. The fact I cant even do a week is not good.
Day 1 @anewversion dont be too hard on yourself, its a tricky thing to bypass, takes time and practice , thats all we need .
