We are living in the modern, over-sexualized society, that's a fact. It's not easy to mantain in abstinence. We can't avoid and destroy all the triggers in our environment, but we can make a commitment to ourselves. It can be hard at times to get away from desires, I know it, I lost a hundreds of streaks just as a lot of community members. But in the end of the day, it's just your decision. You can break that cycle, you can become immune to that stuff. It's a matter of priorities. NoFap it's mostly if not fully a fight with yourself. If you can conquer your mind there will be no one on Earth that will stop you at any kind of ground. So yeah, do something about it, develop some new, healthy habits and when next time you will see some sex scene in movie or suggestive poster on the street just laugh to yourself and say to your brain "not this time mate".

 

I think once you relapse you are very likely to relapse a number afterwards before finally getting back on track. I speak from experience. But once that streak starts properly you’re inclined to stay more disciplined and grow that streak. In the early days you can think “oh, it’s only a couple of days, I can just start again.”
