    30 days! Thank you @Marcus Aurelius for creating this challenge, it's helped motivate me.
    I have found from past experience that after 30 days the super powers really start. I am excited for the days ahead

    Relapsed and at the worst time too when it's really hot in the night. Gotta get back at it. However one good thing is I was able to tell my best friend about my addiction and he was so chill about it which I appreciate a lot.

    Telling someone who will not judge is definitely a good thing. I remember the release I felt when I told a therapist and finally voiced what had weighed on my heart for so long. I still haven't told any of my family or friends and I don't know if I ever will.
