    Hello,

    Can anyone recommend me books or links to useful websites on sexual addictions?

    I've come to realize that PM addiction is like any other sexual addiction: that has a profound psychological source.

    In my case, I can abstain from PM for some time, but I always end up relapsing because of anxiety attacks.

    1. I would say check out YBOP's book by Gary Wilson.
    2. Check out the academia link in my signature which is a translation of Soaring Eagles journal posts from a chineese website similair to nofap. Very insightful.
