Congratulations brother. You´re a Uruk-Hai!! Still a slave of PMO but you got more strenght and speed. Keep going!!!!
Welcome to the Fellowship brother . And what a start, you jump right in to the Wizard rank (not White) , so congratulations!!!! Let´s go destroy the ring my brother!!!
Time flies my brother. And now you breathe without the PMO ring, fill that lungs brother Now make haste because the night falls and the ringwraiths wants you in there ranks again. Onward to Amon Amarth and the end of the ring!!!! Good luck my brother, godspeed!!!!
Excellent sis . Proud of you . You arrived at the valley of Rivendell. You´re an Elf now!!! Keep going!!!!
ok, you know the cause. now try also to define a relapse plan. "what to do if you relapse?", this is important to protect you from binging, if you start binging you can loose all the brain repair you did from 100 days sobriety. after 99 days with a single relapse you took a minor blow, it´s easily to recover from that, real easy. but now comes the hard part, don´t bingue, don´t fall into the shadow brother. Keep focus, we´re with you!!!!
Two more days of walking brave fellowship Had a wet dream last night, the first since my teenager years, almost 25 years ago . A bit of urges followed in the morning, but i stand firm, no hesitation. and they died a couple of hours later Have a great day brave Companion!!!! Let´s do this!!!! Continuing with Rocky motivation "Apollo Creed: See that look in their eyes, Rock? You gotta get that look back, Rock. Eye of the tiger, man. Eye of the Tiger!!!"
Day 6 achieved. Had some good conversations with my roommates and friends on the phone. Did a lot of cooking as well.
Day 6!!! I got a lot of work done, met some friends but somehow felt more lonely. I was tempted at times when I had come across a youtube video that had things I didn't expect in it. I am glad I didn't go further. Thank God.
Today is the day where I shed my Uruk-hai slime and become a hobbit. At least that is I think is what happened. 15 days down and I feel fine. My new job has a lot of down time and I will have to watch out for boredom triggers especially. I will continue for as long as I can.
Thank you. I really like the format you have with the secondary goals, I've added them to my signature and will be updating the entire journey.
