I have been doing nofap since it was a little fucking seedling of a subreddit.
I remember jerking off and not having the courage to look women who have always desired me in the eye. Pornography, is an addiction. An addiction of the highest degree.
Something everyone should understand, is that being an addict means not being in control of yourself, and if you are not in control of yourself, Women will not submit themselves to you. You will attract women, who are low self esteem. Low quality, to the point where they will only bring you death.

Nofap, is about LIFE. When you practice Semen Retention, and avoid PMO in entirety, life starts to flow through your veins. Your eyes start to say, I am the transcendent one. I am the Legend. Imagine if you had gone your whole life without fapping, who would you be? You would be Jesus Christ. Walking on water.

In my experience. I am personally a 6'2, green eyed, good looking latino/european.
When I am on nofap. I pull women that I have always thought to be out of my league.
I have been on nofap, since 2013. Some years, have been failure years. Currently, I am on a 1 month streak, and have zero intention of slowing down. Shoutout to CovenantEyes, and Cold Turkey software. The truth is, everyone should spend a lot of time cutting out all the loopholes to access pornography. Personally I am smart enough to beat most loopholes, so what I did, was fully dedicate myself to being a step ahead of myself, and lockdown the fuck out of all my devices. I can always contribute the largest streaks I have, to the strictest settings on my devices. My life is always going in proportion to how good my streak is. I have trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I have swam, I have lifted weights. When you combine nofap with exercise, and have a career path that you never thought you would reach, you start flying above all. Most people start to get jealous. They want you in the hole that you always put yourself in. Imagine, being the competition to Jesus Christ. What would you do? Crucify him? Be aware, when you stop being a follower, and start being a leader, you will be challenged.

The first thing people start to do, is challenge you verbally. Next, is physically. If you are a man, I encourage you, to train a martial art such as bjj. You will start to transcend the plebs of life. You will start to realize, people do not understand, discipline from the mind, is true freedom. People will box you in, and you will have to guide yourself out of it. I personally have told my own mother, my desire to rid myself of PMO and electronic devices, and still had her put a device in my hands, and left me alone to PMO. YOU TRULY ARE ALONE, YOU TRULY WILL HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO SAY NO TO YOUR OWN MIND AND OTHERS MINDS. If you can say no to yourself and other people, you become the one with real power. People will crave a YES from you.

Sobriety and Reaching for what you thought you could never have, that is where you start to be better than your parents. Better than anyone you know. And when that happens, you will feel truly alone. Nobody will be able to guide you except yourself. People will tell you your path is off. The truth is you are the one making the decisions and you are the only one who could guide yourself to your own heaven on earth. We only have one life, so who are you going to be?
