hey guys, I have a weird question for you.

So, I’m about a week or so into my 90-day goal and I’m feeling really good about this one. My previous record was 31 days and I had *horrible* withdrawal symptoms and cravings for the first 15 days or so that I haven’t experienced this time (not yet, at least!). I also haven’t had any of the other benefits that people usually report from reboots like increased confidence or whatever but it’s still too soon for any of that I think.

What I have noticed however is something that I’ve never seen mentioned anywhere else and wouldn’t have believed it could happen if it didn’t happen to me. This morning I woke up and my chronic back pain that I’ve had for years that always leaves me stiff and sore in the morning was completely gone. It was also the first time I slept through the night without waking up at least once and needing to stretch for a bit. My knees have been sore for quite a while too and they’re also feeling great. For my back I’ve been to doctors, joint/bone specialists, massage therapists, chiropractors and physios, that have all allayed the symptoms a bit but never completely and it always came back sooner or later. Also, I usually have to do my stretches before going to bed or else my back gets very sore, I haven’t done them the last few nights because things have been crazy busy and I’ve neglected them, but I still woke up feeling better than ever.

Have any of you guys experienced anything like this? Is this just a coincidence or is there evidence to explain why this has happened now?

I’ve had chronic headaches as a result of fapping for years, and after my first long streak back in February of last year (48 days) they vanished and have not returned. I had minor migraines during a few of my previous streaks but they seemed to coincide with the onset of withdrawal symptoms and did not indicate the same chronic pain I had been having for the last four or five years. As soon as I relapsed they went away completely and I still didn’t experience any of the pressure/tension headaches I’d experienced when I was PMOing five or six times daily. I’m no scientist but I would venture to assume it has something to do with stress we’re putting on our mind and body when we’re constantly fapping and flooding our chambers with dopamine, so to speak. It takes a lot of effort for the body to ejaculate, and when we force it to do so many times every single day our body becomes extremely fatigued. By eliminating this stress we allow our bodies to recover and return back to their normal state before we depleted all our energy through PMO.

The back and evey joint needs 'grease' We get that grease from gelatine and other food supplements. Fapping reduces the amount of minerals in your body by a small amount. In theory you should be able to return them with normal food intake. However I think testosterone and hormones play a part as well. If you don't have them the generating and maintsining of the minerals and nutrients becomes worse. That is why you might see an improvement. All I can say is that I've fapped 5+ tumes today and I feel horrible. While I did my 2 month streak I felt lively and healthy. My hair started falling since I've been bingening every day for years. Again, I don't have empirical data to back this up but I think it's proof fapping can fuck you up. It fucked me up tremendoisly.
