Many of you may already be aware of this video blogger but I'm going to post a thread dedicated to this anyway for those who might not have come across him. I have found his videos such a valuable resource when it comes to receiving encouragement to carry on and succeed. This guy has been there and back, he knows the addiction inside out and has some really insightful advice. His name is Mark and he runs a youtube channel called 'The Sacred Sexuality Project' dedicated to helping people online overcome porn and masturbation addiction. It is completely non-preachy/non-judgemental/non-religious/down to earth type stuff. If you overlook his slightly cheesy and awkward brand of humour you'll see an intelligent and compassionate guy that cares about this stuff and genuinely wants to help people.
