Will I ever be able to recover

    I have been fapping from past 20 years and I know I have been suffering from masturbation compulsion.
    It has just became a habit for me.
    I have been trying NoFap from some time.
    I have followed NoFap for past 34 days and after that I relapsed.
    From past 3 days , I have been fapping like a maniac and the count is 8 in past 3 days.
    This is not the first time it is happening .
    In the month of June also , I hold for 30 days and than boom,shag like a maniac.
    It has become a very disturbing act for me. I become very irritating , angry and feel like a depressed soul who just wants to shag and do nothing.
    It is not like that I am getting erection and than I am shagging,it has just become a compulsion and habit for me.
    I am a software engineer , so I can't move away from laptop and phone and since I am working from home,so I am all alone nowdays.So,the urge has become more strong.I just want to get rid of this habit anyhow.
    Please help

    Have you thought about downloading an app to help? I would recommend accountable2you. It's not a porn blocker app. It's an app that monitors what sites you're going on and would alert someone who you feel comfortable with keeping you accountable.

    U fapped 8 times... Last month I have fapped 35 times in a single day... U can see it on my journal....But today I am on day 27... Dont loose hope..

    it was due to my OCD. of perfect start of nofap... I was not doing it for pleasure... but due to obsession.:(.... But now after almost a month of abstinance I feel I was a fool... .. Now I have left that OCD behind.. :)

    35 times? I didn't understand exactly, it seems like impossible to ejaculate 35 times, do you mean PMO sessions with saying that? Both of these times, you probably face a strong chaser effects or withdrawals after that session. What was your experience since the last time?

    It was really 35 times.. U can check my Journal.... It was not ejaculation all time... But I orgasm 35 times .

    I has intense sweating for about ten days... , alot of anxiety.. increased heart beat.., Intense brainfog... .. Now After a month sweating is gone.. And anxiety is alot less...
