Newbie here 17yo, been doing this for last 7yrs I am so sick of this and my concentration/focus level has dropped to zero.
I am not able to study properly and constantly getting poor grades, i used to be the topper of my school but now i rank among the lowest. I have gotten thin to the extent that my body is literally a walking skeleton.
I need some advice to increase focus of my brain, like how do i concentrate on what i am doing and not imagine the bad stuff i have seen in the initial days

Eat some food, man. Your brain can't run on nothing.

Block p@#n (using OpenDNS) and try to do NoFap for minimum of 90 days. Do exercise and meditation every morning. Put pushups when those 'Bad stuff' come to your mind ( I know you mentioned that you were skinny ).

Block YouTube and every other source of entertainment and if you are watching anime or reading Mangas, you better stop it.

If you can't do pushups or any exercise, do cardio. You must try to exercise for at least 30mins.

Then try to find your own way to study or search up some tips to study on Google and experiment with them. Make a time table and follow it OR download Microsoft To-Do and set tasks in it.

Simple init? NO it is not. You will face flatlines that will drive you insane, you will get load of urges that will make you mad and then your brain will want you to give up NoFap, if you listen to your brain and fall for it's tricks you will be done for.

So, as long as you listen to your inner self(not your addicted brain) and keep your goals in mind, you will be safe from PMO and will recover.

    Stay Strong.
    Good Luck.

    This is good advice.

You need consistency. And remind yourself of your purpose. Consistent, daily goals that keep you busy.

Stay away from the internet when you are alone and bored. You need new hobbies to fill your free time. Stop closing the door to your bedroom. Leave the curtains open, leave the door open. Don't be alone.

Everyday be social and start physical exercise, diet and nutrition.
